About the magazine

Technology coverage for the person who has to make it work on Sunday.

Church Tech Mag covers the technology churches and nonprofits actually run on: streaming and AV, networks and security, church management software, giving platforms and communications tools. Every piece is written for real budgets, borrowed rooms and rotating volunteers.

Our reporting is free to read. Display advertising and affiliate commissions cover our costs. Advertisers have no say in what we cover or what we conclude. When a story links to a product we may earn a commission on a purchase, and the price you pay does not change. Sponsored content is labeled as sponsored.

How we evaluate

We compare products on what matters to a church team: setup time, what a volunteer can run alone, total cost including fees and subscriptions, and who each option is wrong for. Recommendations always name the budget and the size of church they fit.
